Intellectual Property Rights and submission of Data Sources

• Intellectual Property Rights in the Item and associated data are retained by the Licensor in his own right or on behalf of the right holder. Any use of such Item by the Licensee shall include acknowledgement of such Rights and publication of ownership of Copyright where relevant.
  Nothing in this Licence shall operate or have effect on any transfer or assignment of the proprietary of Intellectual Property Rights of the rightholder.
   
  With regard to the provision of Type B Value Added Radar Services on (a) open internet site(s) the licensee shall incorporate in its website(s) the following copyright notice and terms of use:
  
  “Meteo Consult B.V. carries meteorological data and products within this web site that belongs to another party and for which limited re-use permission was given to us.
  These meteorological data and products are protected by intellectual property rights retained by the originators i.e. the National Weather Services of Belgium (KMI), France (MF) , Germany (DWD), Ireland (Met. Eireann),  Netherlands (KNMI)  and the United Kingdom (Met. Office) and are not in the public domain. Users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the protected material.
  
  By using this web site you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use which may change at any time.
  
  The following acts are expressly prohibited without prior written permission of the originators:
